cuyo centro es el aprendizaje de calidad de todos los estudiantes. Cuenta con una gesti\u00f3n que se caracteriza un liderazgo positivo, motivador y eficaz, que logra cohesi\u00f3n al interior de la escuela e impulsa el perfeccionamiento continuo, trabajo sistem\u00e1tico y colaborativo de los miembros de la comunidad educativa. Cuenta con docentes que poseen altas expectativas en el logro del aprendizaje integral de sus estudiantes, respetando sus diferentes ritmos y estilos, en un ambiente saludable, basado en el cuidado del entorno y que incorpora, adem\u00e1s, las necesidades e intereses de la comunidad circundante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Visi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La escuela Barrancas de Pichi G 122, logra en sus estudiantes aprendizajes integrales de calidad, competencias y habilidades que le permitan a todos sus estudiantes enfrentar con \u00e9xito su educaci\u00f3n, creando instancias donde se valoren sus intereses, se fortalezcan sus h\u00e1bitos y valores dentro de un clima propicio para el desarrollo de sus potencialidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sellos Educativos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aprender a ser respetuoso de los diferentes ritmos y estilos de aprendizaje, a conocer las propias limitaciones y aceptar la de los dem\u00e1s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aprender a conocer la riqueza de la diversidad, llegando a ser un ciudadano inclusivo, integral con h\u00e1bitos y valores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aprender a ser un alumno pro- activo, que desarrolla su auto- aprendizaje en todos los \u00e1mbitos de la vida y convive respetando los talentos propios y de un otro haciendo uso de ellos en su beneficio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aprender a ser uso de los espacios sociales para aportar ideas innovadoras, cuidar nuestro entorno, vivir en un ambiente saludable y convivir involucr\u00e1ndose con los intereses de la comunidad educativa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aprender las 5 R: REDUCIR, REPARAR, RECUPERAR, REUTILIZAR, Y RECICLAR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rese\u00f1a Hist\u00f3rica<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Escuela de Pichi, ex-escuela mixta fiscal rural N\u00b056, es un establecimiento municipal b\u00e1sico, ubicado en una zona rural de la comuna de Alhu\u00e9, a 8 km del centro poblado, que fue fundada el 23 de noviembre del a\u00f1o 1968, sin embargo, los registros dan cuenta desde 1973, cuando don Eleodoro L\u00f3pez Cifuentes estaba a cargo de la direcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Espec\u00edficamente se ubica en la localidad de Pichi, un villorrio de Villa Alhu\u00e9 a 96 km de Melipilla, el que cuenta con 223 habitantes los que en su mayor\u00eda se dedican a actividades agr\u00edcolas y una insipiente actividad ap\u00edcola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La escuela en sus inicios pertenec\u00eda al departamento de Melipilla, provincia de Santiago y contaba en una matr\u00edcula elevada de 68 estudiantes, alcanzando su m\u00e1ximo auge en 1975 con el n\u00famero de 85 alumnos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el a\u00f1o 1977 asume seis a\u00f1os consecutivos como director: Sr Jos\u00e9 Antonio Pinto Ibarra y la escuela pasa a pertenecer al departamento de Peumo, provincia de Cachapoal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Llegando al a\u00f1o 1984, el director de la escuela es Don: Oscar Neira Cajas y el establecimiento vuelve a ser parte de la provincia de Melipilla, pero esta vez a cargo del departamento de la Ilustre Municipalidad de Alhu\u00e9. Por otro lado la escuela toma el nombre de: G-122. Cabe destacar que a partir del a\u00f1o 1987 el n\u00famero de matr\u00edcula comienza a disminuir notoriamente hasta llegar a 27 alumnos en el a\u00f1o 1994.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1990 asume la direcci\u00f3n de la escuela, durante dos a\u00f1os, la profesora: Sra. Elda Silva, acompa\u00f1ada por el profesor Cristi\u00e1n P\u00e9rez, qui\u00e9n dos a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde toma el rol de director entre los a\u00f1os 1993-1995. Cabe destacar que a partir del a\u00f1o 90 hasta el 2000 asumen la direcci\u00f3n de la escuela 4 profesores distintos, por periodos no superiores a los dos a\u00f1os consecutivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante los a\u00f1os 1996-1997, asume la direcci\u00f3n de la escuela: Sra. Ana Mar\u00eda Gonz\u00e1lez, acompa\u00f1ada del profesor de Religi\u00f3n don Nelson Ponce Reyes. Entre los a\u00f1os 1998-2000, vuelve a asumir como director: Don Cristi\u00e1n P\u00e9rez Vallejos, hasta que el profesor Nelson Espinoza toma el cargo de director hasta finales del 2007.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir del a\u00f1o 2008, la profesora Rosana Meza Medina (Directora), Acompa\u00f1ada de la jefa de UTP, profesora Magdna Mart\u00ednez Hermosilla, forman el equipo de gesti\u00f3n de la escuela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el a\u00f1o 2010 hasta el a\u00f1o 2015 asume la Direcci\u00f3n del establecimiento Don V\u00edctor Cort\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el a\u00f1o 2015 lo acompa\u00f1a como encargado de UTP el profesor Juan Carlos N\u00fa\u00f1ez<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante se\u00f1alar que desde el a\u00f1o 2008 se integran a la unidad educativa de la escuela, los profesores rotativos de las asignaturas de ingl\u00e9s, educaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, religi\u00f3n y el personal de integraci\u00f3n tales como una psicopedagoga permanente m\u00e1s los rotativos que son la fonoaudi\u00f3loga y el psic\u00f3logo, adem\u00e1s tenemos asignada una asistente social para este establecimiento. Sin embargo, a\u00f1o a a\u00f1o la matricula fue disminuyendo a tal nivel que en el a\u00f1o 2013 solo hab\u00eda 22 alumnos matriculados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; En el a\u00f1o 2016 asume la direcci\u00f3n la profesora Gloria Teresa Cerda Venegas, con la UTP, Alejandra Gonz\u00e1lez Paredes, contamos con 1 educadora de p\u00e1rvulos, 1 asistentes de pre k\u00ednder y k\u00ednder. 4 profesores estables y 4 asistentes de aula. 4 Profesores rotantes de Ingles, religi\u00f3n, educ. f\u00edsica y b\u00e1sica, 1 secretaria.1 inspectora de patio y 2 auxiliares de servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el proyecto de integraci\u00f3n contamos con: 2 profesora de educaci\u00f3n diferencial permanente. Personal rotante: 1 fonoaudi\u00f3logo (una vez por semana), 1 psic\u00f3loga (dos veces por semana), 1 Asistente social (2 veces por semana) 1 terapeuta ocupacional 1 vez cada 15 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El establecimiento ofrece talleres de danzas latinoamericanas, ajedrez, ballet, gimnasia formativa, sinf\u00f3nica, escuela de futbol, permacultura, huerto escolar e ingl\u00e9s, algunos otorgados por el extraescolar y otros por el establecimiento. &nbsp;Nuestra matricula ha ido en aumento y en la actualidad contamos con una matr\u00edcula de 84 alumnos, cursos desde Pre-k\u00ednder a 6\u00b0 b\u00e1sico con jornada escolar completa, 12 docentes y 11 asistentes, salas de laboratorio, pie, y biblioteca escolar, talleres y hemos sido premiados con el reconocimiento por el ministerio de educaci\u00f3n con la Excelencia Acad\u00e9mica por tres a\u00f1os consecutivos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Planta <\/strong>Educativa
